How many of you agree with this?
I have seen so many couples with different elements (Air – Water, Air – Earth) having a good time with each other.
I don’t think there is any combination that simply wouldn’t work because of mixing incompatible elements together. Water and Fire can work extremely well together as long as they are both respectful of eachothers natures and the power they have to extinguish the other. Water can drown out a fire as much as fire can evaporate water… it just takes a tolerance of each others true natures. The same can be said for all different signs around the board.

Aww, I hate it when I see people asking about compatibility based purely on sun signs. Professional astrologers do not use sun sign compatibility for synastry, it is only reserved for coffee table magazines. Quite a few Aquarians (air) can be happy with Pisces (water) due to the fact that they may have complimentary venus and mars signs. The sun is imo the least important planet for compatibility reasons. The moon, venus (what you value, and you ‘love style’), Mars (sex drive) are all far more important. And of course you also have to take into account the ascendant signs (time of birth) and natal house positions. And even if these weren’t great a decent astrologer would point put areas of difficulty to the couple, which they could then work around. Love is a powerful evener, please ignore these silly, ignorant myths.

I couldn’t agree more fire can evaporate water. Water can extinguish fire.
Earth can suffocate air and air can make earth un comfortable. Fire can burn earth and earth can extinguish fire .Water can suffocate air and air can make water uncomfortable. As long as people respect each others differences I believe any relationship can work between any sun sign.

This sign thing is a load of crap, firstly i get along well with lots of people from all the signs and i have found that its not the sign that makes a person tolerable but his composure and personality. where love is concerned, before you go jumping in bed at least get to know the person before and develop a friendship before you start a relationship. Communication is key in any relationship so if that’s not there there will be problems, however when you are comfortable with each other and can communicate all will be great, in other words, sign don’t matter.

I’m making the leo pisces thing work. Love should not be based off just sun signs, when there are so many other aspects in our charts. Love can conquer over limited amount of things.

Absolutely.
Any sun sign combination can get along if they work at it. And if they love each other and respect each other, they’ll work at it.
Our signs don’t determine who we’ll like, who we’ll love, and who we’ll marry…we, as humans, are not slaves to the stars and the stars can’t and don’t tell us what to do….
Our stars and signs only reveal to us the tools we have to work with once we DO like someone, love someone, or marry someone. They can show us the easy parts and hard parts of our relationship so that we know which areas to focus our energies in improving, and where good things just come naturally to us.
Sometimes the right tools are there: a nice Venus- Mars aspects, a beautiful Moon-Sun aspect…there are hundreds of “good” possibilities….
Sometimes the right tools just AREN’T there, and we have to try a little harder, or love a little more.
It’s not just between couples, either…this happens between parents and children, too…you can’t just break off a relationship with a child like you can a boyfriend or girlfriend (or, at least, one shouldn’t) so you really DO have to apply the “love a little more ” thing here…
