Do a synastry chart at astro.com. They ask for both peoples date of birth and compare all the aspects. Also, you can sign up for an account on astrotheme.com They will compare any two charts compatibility rating.

I don’t know about a website, but I have a book that matches you by week. It’s called “The Secret Language of Relationships” by Gary Goldschneider and Joost Elffers. I know the carry it at Barnes and Noble.
