I like the Icarecafe It makes me think that there are people who care about what I think and post. The second and third name sound more like regular health websites that are not interactive

Icarecafe is hugely significant to me it says ”I Care” about my Health and of yours. the cafe with the icare signifies a safe friendly place to Chat on line about the health issues we all care about Icarecafe is warm and welcoming the other two are blunt and notvery welcoming and dont stand out from the croud to surfers I care will always get people’s attention.
