yeah. you want your SPRING tension the same as your STRING tension. i use (2) 12 gauge springs and one 10 gauge

if the floyd drops to many springs, rise means to little. you want it parrell with body of course. and the way the strings are puts in, like the angles of them can also change things around.

hey m8, can u gimme some tips for tunning my floyd to e/ 1/2 down either one, i got it to 1/2 step before but every other time the whammy bar was raised to high? is it because i have to many springs on it or too little? thanks and nice cover 5/5
